1. What is the daily order cut-off time for same-day dispatch?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the following morning.
2. Can I choose a preferred delivery slot?
Yes, for deliveries inside Dhaka, our delivery rider will call your registered phone number prior to arrival. You can also specify any delivery notes during checkout.
3. What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
While our deliveries are prompt, adverse weather or unexpected traffic can occasionally cause minor delays. You can track your package directly at /track or contact our dispatch helpline at 0961-234-5678.
4. How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
You do not need to pay anything in advance. When the delivery rider arrives at your doorstep, verify the outer packaging and items, and hand over the exact cash amount or pay via bKash/Nagad.
